DepEd ROIX - Official Website handles all the issuances of the Regional Office. It helps the stakeholders of the DepEd ROIX through providing a web based platform in where they can access communciations and other updates from the Regional Office, like News, Memoranda and Advisories, Vacancies and Procurements.
DepEd ROIX - Official Document Tracking System named as Project RUTH (Records Uptime Tracking Host) which is fully implemented in the Department of Education, Regional Office IX last February 2022 which is capable of uploading/accepting, archiving and tracking any type of documents from all of the functional divisions, units and sections in the Region.
TCMS is a digital platform streamlining the creation, distribution, and verification of training certificates. The system automates certificate generation, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Certificates are securely distributed through emails and include QR Code for authenticy verification.
TCMS empowers the administrators by offering real-time monitoring of generated certificates and providing the flexibility to customize certificate designs. It allow administrators to tailor certificates templates to align with organizational branding and specific training initiatives.
The "Publications Access Utility Flash" (PAU Flash) is a program designed to streamline the article submission and selection process for writers. Writers can easily submit their articles to a centralized storage through PAU Flash. The utility then allows PAU to efficiently review, select, and edit articles for potential publication. This system aims to simplify and expedite the editorial workflow, providing a seamless experience for both writers and the editorial team.
ZamPen Innovation Summit 2024 provides a platform for participants to present educational innovations through exhibits and panel discussions. Moreover, the activity aims to promote a culture of innovation in education across the region and foster continuous learning and improvement. Hence, the Innovator's Commitment to Support the Culture of Innovation captures the organization's collective mindset, values, attitudes, and systematic processes that promote innovative practices.
The Zamboanga Peninsula Regional Athletic Association (ZPRAA) is an organization under the Department of Education (DepEd) that coordinates athletic activities and competitions within the Zamboanga Peninsula region in the Philippines. It promotes sports and physical education by providing opportunities for student athletes to develop their abilities and sportsmanship. The ZPRAA serves as a platform for identifying talented athletes who may represent the region in higher-level competitions like the Palarong Pambansa. Exceptional performers at the ZPRAA Meet have the chance to compete at the Palarong Pambansa and represent the Zamboanga Peninsula. The ZPRAA focuses on developing physical fitness, skills, and sportsmanship in student athletes while fostering unity and camaraderie among participating schools. It serves as a platform for talented individuals to exhibit their skills in various fields such as music, dance, theater, visual arts, and literary arts. The festival typically features colorful performances, exhibitions, competitions, and workshops, celebrating the rich cultural tapestry and creativity of the region. Through RFOT, participants and spectators alike immerse themselves in the beauty and traditions of Zamboanga Peninsula's artistic expressions.
The Chada Battle Feat is an online judging and tabulation system for the Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC) of Region IX – Zamboanga Peninsula which is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline the evaluation and judging process of various journalistic categories during the event. It serves as a digital tool to facilitate fair and efficient assessment of submissions from participating schools. It aims to optimize the judging process, increase efficiency, maintain fairness, and provide a seamless experience for judges and participants alike.
The OPTRAS is a comprehensive solution designed to monitor and streamline the entire procurement process, ensuring efficiency and transparency. It begins with the submission of a purchase request and follows the workflow through various stages, including approval, vendor selection, purchase order generation, and receipt of goods or services.
The system provides real-time visibility into the status of each procurement step, allowing stakeholders to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure compliance with established procedures. Additionally, it facilitates communication between departments involved in the procurement process and offers a centralized platform for documentation, reducing the risk of errors and delays.
The system culminates in payment processing, offering a complete end-to-end view of the procurement lifecycle. Overall, this tracking system enhances accountability, reduces manual intervention, and optimizes the procurement workflow for improved organizational efficiency.
As part of the Department of Education's thrusts and directions toward improving governance particularly in strengthening its internal systems and process, innovations in its information and communication sytems are implemented that are aimed to: a) enhance existing communication channels in the Department making communication timely, reliable and accessible;
b) provide its personnel a sense of distinct online identity and affiliation with the Department; and c) provide tools that will allow for teamwork among its employees in the planning, performance, and evaluation of tasks. Hence, promoting a culture of collaboration.
In line with these, the Department of Education (DepEd) establishes the DepEd Email Service as one of the official means of communication for use by its permanent employees and authorized consultants, personnel, and staff.
All permanent employees are enjoined to register for their DepEd email accounts and adopt it in its day-to-day officla communications.
The use of the DepEd Email Service is a privilege and is subject to acceptable use by all DepEd employees.

The Department of Education Partnerships Database System (DPDS) refers to a hypothetical database system specifically designed for the DepEd or any similar educational instituion. It aims to streamline and manage the partnerships formed between DepEd and external entities, such as government agencies, non-profit organizations, private companies, and community stakeholders.
To have a localized data and mapping of priority needs of the schools solely for Region IX, this R-IX Partnerships Database System (RIXPDS) is created.
